FAQ
Yes. Call 811 or submit an 811 ticket before any dig, so the public utility lines get marked. We cover the private lines that the 811 ticket does not include. Most projects need both.
If you are digging, start with Private Utility Locating. If you need the path of a sewer or drain line marked on the ground, choose Sewer & Drain Line Locating. If you need to see the condition inside a line, choose a Sewer Scope. Not sure? Send the address and what you plan to do, and we will confirm the scope before the visit.
No. We locate lines and inspect them with a camera. We do not repair or replace them. The marks and the written report help you, your plumber, or your contractor plan the repair.
No. A sewer scope shows the condition inside the line. If you need the route marked on the ground before a dig, request Sewer & Drain Line Locating as a separate service.
Tell us the address and what your client needs. We will confirm the scope before the visit.
